Development of a 35 000 m² “In Service Support” infrastructure for Canada’s new Maritime Helicopter Weapon System. It includes three separate multipurpose buildings, two major hangar/maintenance shops/administration structures for 423/406 Sqn and 12AMS Sqn, and a Common Support facility including supply warehousing, administration, kitchen and dining functions. Under a separate call-up, Smith Carter has provided the security systems design for the entire complex. Smith Carter acted as the multidisciplinary Owner’s Advocate throughout all phases of the project.
