In joint venture with B2HK, we coordinated the feasibility study and design of this 3700 m² University of Texas Medical Branch BSL-4 containment lab that houses the Dept of Pathology and WHO's Collaborating Center for Tropical Diseases. Challenges included integrating the secure lab within the historical building and withstanding the high-force winds in this hurricane zone.
