Smith Carter awarded Certified Technicians and Technologists of Manitoba (CTTAM) award for SC3

This award recognizes outstanding technical achievement by employers of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists in Manitoba. The employer may be recognized for a single, exceptional accomplishment or a long record of continuing excellence. Activities must be worthy of the designation “outstanding” in their contribution to engineering technology in Canada and might include:

• Development and implementation of a new product, process or technique

• Design, operation, or construction of significant or unique project representative of engineering technology

• An innovative technical solution to an environmental, community, or social problem;

or research leading to application of new knowledge

• Exceptional encouragement of individual technical enterprise, technicians and technologists

• Service to the community

This award is available to business firms, crown corporations, government agencies, individual entrepreneurs, associations, research and development agencies, and educational institutions.
