SC3 is designed and operated to manage and conserve both potable and non-potable water resources. The landscape is designed to retain and infiltrate stormwater, with native vegetation selected and located to thrive without requiring permanent irrigation. The building is equipped with state of the art waterless and water conserving fixtures; operations are structured to minimize consumption; and water use is monitored regularly to track performance.
