Our newest building, SC3, is Smith Carter’s third corporate office, the design of which presented a tangible opportunity to demonstrate how our clients can benefit from the firm’s innovative approach to design. Smith Carter’s commitment to sustainable design initiatives, integrated practice, and innovation have resulted in a new building for the company that embodies these core operational philosophies. SC3 has received LEED® Platinum certification, and, as a firm, we have committed to sharing data about the building that we hope will be of interest to a broad audience.
