Linda Doolan
Linda Doolan is the Director of Human Resources, leading Smith Carter’s human performance strategies and supporting and sustaining the knowledge workforce of the firm. Linda has been an important part of the Smith Carter team for many years. Her career experience with the firm, and prior to joining Smith Carter offers an in-depth understanding of operations and harnessing human potential in the workplace. Linda is a critical change agent in the company and is passionate about the firm’s talent and mission.
Linda is an alumni of the University of Manitoba and is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba and the Human Capital Institute.
Linda lives in Winnipeg with her family and enjoys sailing on their 30’ sailboat.
