Heather Smith is a principal and the Director of Advanced Strategies. With a background in professional services, consulting and an expert in project and facility management, Heather brings a strategic focus on the development of new ventures and services to respond to the needs of our clients in the architectural and engineering industry.
Heather’s past experience leading organizations through change gives her a unique insight into the key role infrastructure has on organizational effectivenenss, strategic facility planning, and real estate portfolio reorganizations.
She holds a Masters Degree in Facility Management from the University of Manitoba and is passionate about linking design solutions to the business goals of all organizations.
Originally from Saskatchewan and a world-wide traveler, Heather lives in Winnipeg with her husband and two children.
